Purpose and basis of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of:
  • necessary for the operation of the online account, in the case of registration on the website and the execution of sales and order processing by Optiblok Ltd. in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  • to fulfill our legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, resulting from tax regulations and the Civil Code,
  • sending marketing offers (if consent is given), in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
  • to carry out our legitimate purposes in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, such as possible claims or defense against claims, and to provide superior service.

Recipients of your personal data may be the Tax Office, postal service providers, law firm, in case of claims and entities cooperating with us, in connection with the provision of services:

Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored in connection with the cooperation for a period of time:
  • 5 years (from the end of the year) in accordance with Article 74 of the Accounting Act, to the extent of data whose processing is regulated by law,

  • in the event of claims, until such time as the processing is in Optiblok's legitimate interest and necessary to defend against claims - up to 6 years for individuals not running a business and up to 3 years, for those running a business,
  • Until the statute of limitations for claims or the filing of an effective objection.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • The right to rectify data,
  • The right to erasure of data in case we process it without a legal basis,
  • The right to data portability, the processing of which is based on consent or contract,

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Willingness to provide data
You provide personal data voluntarily. Providing your personal data is a condition for using the offer of Optiblok Ltd. The consequence of failing to provide personal data will be the inability to use the offer.
